Property Maintenance Service
We deliver property maintenance services and planned works to housing across the south west. Our dedicated, experienced team of professional, directly employed labour completes all works to client satisfaction.
We consult closely with client housing officers and tenants, taking a proactive role in liaison wherever possible. This approach has ensured that we mitigate the risk of challenges involving property access, with sensitive consultation and maximum availability of information.
Examples of our property works include:
- Synergy Aster – since 2013. This contract is an on-going general arrangement for ad-hoc works. The scope provides minor works and void property works to housing within the south west, the majority in Dorset. Activities include property clearance/disposal, carpentry, plastering, decorating, plumbing/electrical, fencing, drainage and groundworks/retaining walls.
- Sovereign – since 2013. This contract is an on-going general arrangement for ad-hoc works. The scope provides minor works and void property works to housing across the south west. We have completed the majority of works to properties in Dorset and Wiltshire, operating out of our Poole depot. Activities include property clearance/disposal, carpentry, plastering, decorating, plumbing/electrical, fencing, drainage, groundworks/retaining walls, roofing.
- MODern Housing Solutions (MHS) – 2009 – 2014. We worked with MHS on a rolling framework over five years delivering works to properties across the MOD estate in the south west, including Wiltshire and Dorset, as part of a fully integrated and Responsive Housing Service for Service Families. The nature of the work undertaken was varied in type, value and geography and included drainage, fencing, landscaping, brickwork/blockwork, new bathrooms/kitchens, crib walling, disability adaptations, emergency flood prevention, flood damage repairs, electrical and plumbing works, re-decorations and roofing.
- Poole Housing Partnership – from 2015. We have recently begun working on this four year framework to deliver building works, predominantly Housing Health and Safety Rating System, some Planned Maintenance, alterations to communal areas and upgrade/refurbishment works.
