Andrew joined SWH in 2008 as Business Manager with a brief to ensure the company's growth and diversification and ensure two sustainable businesses before 2017. The launch of SWH Construction to supplement South West Highways has seen this objective realised. Andrew now manages business development, communications and SWH Group's customer service team. He is a Chartered Surveyor and an Accredited Commercial Mediator.
