SWH Civils undertake major extension to Marsh Barton

The major extension to the established Matford Park and Marsh Barton employment areas is recognised as Exeter’s largest commercial and trade centre.
Working with Eagle Land, SWH has provided the infrastructure for the first two stages of the new 20 acre business development, which will generate 46,500 square meters of employment space, including pubs, restaurants and retail facilities.

Foreign Office Minister & MP for East Devon, Hugo Swire, joined SWH Civils at the Exeter Science Park today to celebrate the start of work on the park’s climate cluster, where the Met Office recently announced their next generation supercomputer would be based, subject to planning permission.
