SWH's Olympic Effort

Three SWH divisions help the Olympic Torch pass through Devon, sparking praise!

On 21 May the Olympic Torch went from Exeter to Taunton, and SWH provided assistance to help the historic event run smoothly

SWH Traffic Management provided support by stopping traffic at Shaldon Bridge and Exeter, ensuring the Flame's procession could pass safely and the large crowd were able to watch the historic event without disruption. SWH's signs division, SWH Signs were sports as they prepared and erected Advance Signs to prepare for the event.

Our client commented: "Parking restrictions at a number of locations were all in place for Sunday and Monday and the Torch Relay went through Devon without any traffic management issues. All I can say is please convey my thanks to the guys that did this work because it was simply a job well done!"
